1) According Ayurveda Rudraksha is a very good medicine. It has hot and acidic nature. So it destroys the diseases of
 vaat and kaff (gastric and cough) and others also. It is good in blood   disorders. Because of hot it is useful in cold  and cough.

2) For the patients of high blood pressure Rudraksha is a vardan. It controls the blood pressure. It is important that

the piece of Rudraksha must touch he heart; it lowers the extra heat of the body. It gives mental peace.

3) Grind the Rudraksha in water and apply it on bowels to cure.


4) Drop the Rudraksha in a water-filled copper-pot and drink the water in morning empty stomach. It is very beneficial
to the heart-patients and in constipation.

5) The milk boiled with a Rudraksha, increases memory and destroys cough.
